"Exceptional"

I checked in with Yasser and Madonna. Both were very helpful and they gave me a high floor room with a partial sea view. We checked in at 16:30 and we got a chance to observe the beautiful sunset. What really made me happy was that everyone we encountered was smiling.

As always, it is my favorite hotel in Alexandria, it becomes like a second home to me. Quite, comfortable and nice. I would like to thank Ms Madonna and Mr Mahmoud Fathy for always being nice and helpful to get me check in much earlier than it should be, also I would like to thank them for upgrading my room to a nice suite. It was a lovely gesture.

Incredibly friendly staff. Amazing views of the beach. I personally want to give special thanks to Madonna, a very professional and kind receptionist who upgraded our room for free! The hotel is good, price is reasonable and the views are worth the stay. We used the room service and ordered some food, very good actually!

The hotel location is amazing, the view is very beautiful from your room specifically the sunset.You can go everywhere in the city easily from the hotel location.Staff is very kind, helpful and friendly.Service and food is perfect.I really enjoyed my stay and will back sure.Highly recommended

Everything was wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ahmed and all the gentlemen in the reception were awesome, understanding and doing their best to help. The view is breathtaking and it is the best value for money. All facilities is there and the view is the same as Four Seasons Hotel. I do recommend so much.
