The receptionist upgraded our standard room to a full seat view suite

Incredibly friendly staff. Amazing views of the beach. I personally want to give special thanks to Madonna, a very professional and kind receptionist who upgraded our room for free! The hotel is good, price is reasonable and the views are worth the stay. We used the room service and ordered some food, very good actually!

Our experience was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, offering a stunning view. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt in addressing all our needs. We extend our sincere thanks to the entire team. Special recognition goes to the receptionist, Ms. Marwa, and the pastry chef, whose creations were outstanding. The room service was also excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer. Once again, we express our gratitude to the entire staff for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the comfort of their guests.

I checked in with Yasser and Madonna. Both were very helpful and they gave me a high floor room with a partial sea view. We checked in at 16:30 and we got a chance to observe the beautiful sunset. What really made me happy was that everyone we encountered was smiling.

Everything was wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ahmed and all the gentlemen in the reception were awesome, understanding and doing their best to help. The view is breathtaking and it is the best value for money. All facilities is there and the view is the same as Four Seasons Hotel. I do recommend so much.

first of all iwould like to give special thanks to reception front office staff especially mr ahmed elsayed whom upgrade my room to a suit thatfore he noticed that im celebrating my birth day same day i cheched in it was really nice from hotelas well it was nice calm stay and sight from above in my suit was very nice as well room looked like redecorated soonthx again and it will be next visit at same hotel isa
